Key Decisions/Positive Choices: About Us.......
Owen R. Taylor (BA, LICDC, SAP)  founded Key Decisions/Positive Choices in 1999.  It is a community based multi-service chemical dependency assessment, treatment/intervention services organization supporting the needs of individuals, families and industrial concerns. To further respond to the community’s chemical dependency resource needs, he established the Key Decisions, Driver Intervention Program. Key Decisions provides a 72-hour Driver Intervention Program for impaired drivers from across Northeast Ohio, alcohol/drug education classes, and an 8-hour Remedial Driver’s Course, for individuals desiring a 2 pt. credit, court ordered, under 12 pt. suspension, or individuals under age 21 w/a prohibited level of alcohol.   At this time, Owen Taylor and his staff at Key Decisions/Positive Choices act as a single agency providing comprehensive Alcohol and Drug Treatment programs and services to various communities throughout Northeast Ohio.

Mr. Taylor holds a Bachelors degree in General Studies from Ohio University. He is a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor in the State of Ohio since 1992. Mr. Taylor’s core area of expertise includes: chemical dependency assessment and treatment, recovery, and relapse prevention supports for individuals and groups; child and adolescent prevention education, occupational health consultation, program design, and administration.
